How far are Grandview Apartments from the Ballina Byron Airport?
Grandview Apartments is located just 10 minutes (7 km) from the Ballina/Byron Airport, 1 hour (88km) from the Gold Coast Airport and 2 hours (186km) from the Brisbane International Airport. Shuttle busses and taxis run from all airports.
How far are Grandview Apartments from the beach?
Grandview Apartments are a short 3 minute stroll from Shelly Beach and 5 minutes from Lighthouse Beach. Both beaches are family friendly, patrolled and depending on conditions both are well-known surfing beaches.
How far are Grandview Apartments from Byron Bay?
Grandview Apartments are a scenic 25-minute drive down the coast from Byron Bay.

What are Grandview Apartments’ check in and check out times?
Check in is from 2pm and check out is 10am, however if you are arriving early or would like to leave a little later, let us know and subject to availability we will try to accommodate you. We also cater for after-hours check in.
Are Grandview Apartments pet friendly?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your furry friends.
Is there Internet and WIFI available at Grandview Apartments?
Yes, Grandview Apartments offer FREE WIFI to all our guests. You will be given the login details upon arrival.
Do all the apartments have views?
All our apartments have views – the higher the floor, the better the view! We have two towers – Ocean View Tower and River View Tower. If you would like to guarantee a specific view, just let us know when you book and we will note your request.
Are all the apartments self-contained?
Yes, all our apartments are fully self-contained, with fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities. All our 2 and 3 bedroom apartments including the penthouses have two full bathrooms – one an ensuite off the master bedroom. You will have everything you need for a short stop or a longer stay.
How many guests do the apartments accommodate?
Our 1 bedroom apartments are perfect for a single or couple, however a child can be accommodated for an extra $40 per night on a rollaway bed. Our 2 bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 4 guests – most rooms have one queen and two single beds that can be converted to a king. An extra child can be accommodated for an extra $40 per night. Our three bedroom and penthouse apartments can accommodate up to 6 guests with various configurations.
Are Grandview Apartments child-friendly?
Of course! We welcome children of all ages and can arrange a crib or extra bed upon request (for just $20 per child, per night). Grandview Apartments are perfect for families who love our facilities including the pool, spa, and laundry facilities. Not to mention we are just down the road from arguably one of the most beautiful, family-friendly beaches in Australia!.
Do Grandview Apartments have secure on-site parking?
All apartments are allocated one under-cover secure car space. 3 bedroom Apartments are allocated two spaces. If you require additional parks, please let us know and subject to availability we will do our best to cater for your requirements. Maximum height of 2.1m. We also have plenty of car parking spaces out the front of the apartment complex.
Does Grandview Apartments allow smoking in the apartments?
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments, balconies or common areas.
